Digital Communication & Collaboration: Focuses on using email, messaging apps (WhatsApp, Signal, iMessage), and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) professionally to participate in social, work, and civic life, including calendar management Information


Navigation & Online Services: Concentrates on efficiently finding and acting on accurate information through web Browse, comparing sources, filling out online forms (e.g., job applications, visa forms), managing document uploads/ downloads, and online shopping and payment management


Device & Account Management: Emphasizes maintaining and personalizing tech devices by setting up phones, laptops, and printers, connecting to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, managing app installations and updates (Play Store, App Store), handling storage, backups, and user accounts
